Meet The Team
Founder & Clinical Director
Lance Havens is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Educational Psychologist. He studied Developmental Psychology and the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) before going on to obtain a Masters degree from Loyola Marymount University in Educational Psychology. Lance practiced as a School Psychologist during which time he also became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. He has a passion for working with individuals that present with aggression, self-injury, and other challenging behaviors.
Holly Trillo is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She received her Bachelors of Arts degree from San Jose State University in Psychology and her Masters of Science degree from National University in Applied Behavior Analysis. Holly has a passion for helping others and has been working in the field of ABA since 2015. She specializes in Early Intervention, Behavior Reduction and Social Skills Groups. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends exploring the beautiful city of San Diego.
Assistant Clinical Supervisor
Emily Towey is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA). She moved to California from Boston in 2018, and received her Bachelor degree in Elementary Education and her Masters degree in Special Education from Salem State University. She recently completed her BCBA coursework and is scheduled to sit for the BCBA exam in August. She has a passion for Early Intervention and Verbal Behavior.
Assistant (to the) Clinical Supervisor
Shannon Bellanca is a Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), Navy wife, and mother of two. She recently finished her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and will be sitting for her Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) exam soon. She has been working in the field of ABA since 2016, and she looks forward to getting to work with you and your family!
