At AIM, we place a high value on parent and family input. We feel that parents are the true experts on their children, and that our role as behavior therapists is to support your goals for your child. We actively check in with our families in order to seek out their feedback and incorporate family input into our treatment plans. We strive to ensure that our families feel completely informed and comfortable with the services they receive from AIM.

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is widely accepted as the most effective method of treating the symptoms of Autism. ABA is so useful that it has earned official support from several state and federal agencies, including the U.S. Surgeon General. At AIM, we have years of experience creating effective treatment plans utilizing ABA therapy as a means of improving language skills, decreasing problem behaviors, and increasing engagement in the community, at school, and at home. Interested? Click here to learn more...

Children with Autism can have a difficult time in school. But navigating the world of IEP meetings and getting services for your child can be confusing and frustrating.  AIM's clinical director is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and has conducted hundreds of behavior assessments to help schools address the needs of their students with disabilities. Additionally, AIM has participated in thousands of IEP meetings with school districts.
